SOFT ENAMEL BADGES
Soft enamel badges represent our most economic enamel badge. They are manufactured from stamped iron with a soft enamel fill. There are two options for the finish on the enamel; the badges can either have an epoxy resin coating, which gives a smooth finish or can be left without this coating meaning the enamel sits below the metal keylines.
Your custom design can include up to four colours and can be stamped to any shape with the options of a gold, silver, bronze or black nickel finish. Minimum order quantity is 50 pcs. -

Zinc alloy badges offer incredible design flexibility due to the injection moulding process, while the material itself is highly durable giving these badges a quality finish.
A large percentage of enamel badges are two-dimensional, however when a design requires three-dimensional or multi layered two-dimensional work, then this process comes into its own.
As with standard enamel badges, these zinc alloy alternatives can include up to four enamel colours and can be moulded to any shape. Minimum order quantity is 100 pcs
