How to make the amazing badge with silicone?
Steps as follows:
-Prepare mesh plate 120(48T),silicone ink XG-866A-3Y+,catalyst XG-866B-2,silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3X,hot melt glue XG-360R-2,silicone pigment.
-Mix silicone ink base with catalyst,silicone pigment by correct ratio.
-Print hot melt glue XG-360R-2 on matte transfer film about 6times.Please bake every screen printing glue for surface dry before next printing.
-Print silicone adhesive XG-360Z-3X(add 100g XG-360Z-3X with 5-7g XG-866B-2) about 3times. Bake every time for surface dry at 120℃,about 10seconds.
-Print silicone XG-866A-3Y+(add 100g XG-866A-3Y+ with 3g XG-866B-2,10g color pigment,10g thinner XG-128AH).If you need print multi-colorful badge,please use many mesh plates for screen printing.
-Print glossy or matte silicone.
